Authentic Vietnamese food. The taste is similar to Vietnam. Standard cafe pricing (about rm20 per item). However portion is big. Staff mainly speaks Viet and mandarin. Pho - a bit milder than my preference but still rich in flavour. Meat in the pho is plenty and soft. Noodles portion is also good. Keeps you full. Banh Mi - very filling as they do not skimp on ingredients. Bread can be fresher but granted I visited at night, I don't expect the freshest bread. Spring roll - packed with meat filling. Very nice taste but a bit too salty for my liking. If there's less salt then it's perfect. Paired w the sweet sauce provided, it's good. Coconut - pricey but very sweet. Yummy. Overall I'll give them 9/10, as I had to wait 30+ mins for my Banh Mi for some reason. Come and try it out, I'm sure you won't regret.

Stepping into Mimi Nguyen Cafe for lunch was like being instantly transported back to Vietnam – a truly authentic experience! The eatery is meticulously set up with a myriad of decorations that perfectly capture the essence of Vietnam, just as I remember from my travels. It's a joy to watch them preparing food right before your eyes, especially the Vietnamese bread, which is a testament to their dedication to freshness. I indulged in their Vietnamese bread with chicken, and it was absolutely divine. The bread itself was incredibly crispy on the outside, while the chicken filling was remarkably juicy and tender, bursting with flavor. It’s a must-try! The chicken pho was equally outstanding. The soup had a wonderfully natural sweetness, and there was an abundance of succulent chicken pieces. A pro-tip: remember to add the generous helpings of extra basil, bean sprouts, and lime to elevate the flavors even further. Their spring rolls are a highlight too – huge and generously packed with prawns, pork, and fresh vegetables. Don't forget to dip them in the traditional fish sauce with chili for that extra kick that truly completes the experience. Mimi Nguyen Cafe is a fantastic choice for any occasion – be it a friends gathering or a family dinner. The prices are remarkably affordable for such generous portions, offering excellent value. Parking was also a breeze, with easy street parking available both in the front and back. I was pleasantly surprised to discover their wide-ranging menu, offering everything from à la carte options and family sharing platters to even steamboat – truly something for everyone! This place is a definite culinary journey back to Vietnam.

I ordered beef pho, fried fish, and tamarind sinto. Everything was delicious. I was very satisfied. The interior of the restaurant was also beautiful. I recommend this restaurant if you want to eat Vietnamese food.

Been wanting to go this place for some time so tonite drove by and decided to try. The place is well decorated and very nice ambience for couples or family. Scan menu to order when waitress just dropped off the QR. All are Vietnamese and probably don't speak much local language though can speak some mandarin. MENU was full of varieties but most written in Vietnamese. So just choose by picture. Overall food was not bad but added local taste and not so authentic like I tasted in VN. Ordered a Chicken Banh MI and vege rice paper spring roll. VN music playing loud throughout. Overall a pleasant experience.

Feels cosy and not too congested. Food was great. Staffs are friendly. There is a shop selling Vietnamese products too at basement.

Big portion food. First time try bahn mi with grilled fish that can hardly get at other Vietnamese restaurant.

Been here a couple of times.. they hv upgraded the menu & food choices.. no chance to test many yet.. the banh mi still good...Vietnam drip coffee cukup kau...always bz at dinner time

Very well renovated environment and clean condition, even the washroom area is also well-furnished but slight untidiness is expected. Long table seats are a bit cramped and walking around might seemed a bit difficult. Staffs are friendly and attentive. I brought my Vietnam relatives here to sample the foods and thus my review is also based on their reviews collected as well. Great authentic Vietnamese food, although some dishes were overly flavoured while some grilled dishes are over-grilled. Steamboat is a must-try, as well as the fried fish skin. Prices are reasonable for the quality and atmosphere this restaurant can deliver. I will revisit this restaurant again for other dishes sampling again.

Authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I like the banh mi and the pork noodles. All the veggies are also fresh. Didn't expect the milk tea to be 3 in 1 powder. Overall, good experience and will come back here.

Came here cause we were stuck in a horrendous jam. So turn in here to give it a try. Non halal ya. Food is delicious Very clean place. Their decorations not bad too. Just minus 1 star cause I think they have a Ktv room behind so the music is quite loud. Other than that it was fine. Food came within 15 minutes Portion super super generous.. Struggling to finish it but it was really good. We ordered the braised pork with coconut water, bitter gourd soup and stir fried bitter gourd eggs. Yes we ordered 2 bitter gourd dishes due to the hot weather One side dish of Vietnamese spring rolls. Shouldn’t have ordered cause we didn’t know the portion was huge The pork meat was so succulent. The bitter gourd dishes has very strong black pepper flavor. Anyway we cleared all dishes, no wastage cause it’s really . Will definitely come back ! Highly recommended

Our first time here, food was authentic, nice environment, run by Vietnamese however they do speak mandarin. Gotta scan QR code for menu and to place food orders. Their custard dessert was interesting and the fries ‘dip’ was butter & sugar. Will definitely go back again to try out more dishes.

Finally made it to Mimi Nguyen Cafe, a Chinese-Vietnamese fusion food haven not far from my place! Despite its proximity, I hadn't tried it before. After reading the Google reviews, I decided to venture there with a friend. The variety of dishes here is impressive, and the presentation is picture-perfect for all those foodie snaps! I ordered their Vietnamese beef pho, and the broth was so rich and delicious. I like the banh mi thit, crispy baguette filled with tender roasted meat – great satisfaction in every bite!

Very quaint place in am unexpected location. There is nothing fancy about the area except this restaurant. Great food at a reasonable price, this is our first time and can't wait to try other dishes the next time. It's always better to come really early if you are coming for dinner. Food is served very very fast here and the waiting time for seating is realtively less too. The pork chop, pork satay and beef pho is a must try
